The first firm to answer usually gets the client.
Someone who needs a lawyer often contacts several firms at once. Contestalia answers your web form by text in seconds, asks your intake questions, and books the consultation while other firms are still checking voicemail.
What slips away today
Leads that shop around
People in a legal bind contact several firms at once. Call back tomorrow and they may already have signed with someone else.
Intake that eats billable time
Screening calls and email back-and-forth pull attorneys and paralegals away from casework, and many inquiries aren't a fit.
Silence after hours
Accidents, arrests and disputes don't happen during office hours. Neither does the search for a lawyer.
One night at your front desk
Everything below happens without anyone on your team picking up a phone.

Common questions
Does it give legal advice?
No. It answers general questions from your website, such as practice areas, how consultations work and office hours, gathers intake details and books the consultation. Case evaluation stays with your attorneys.
Can it ask our own intake questions?
Yes. During setup we configure the questions your firm asks first, for example the date of the incident, the location or whether there's a police report, and it works them into the conversation naturally.
How is client information kept confidential?
Each firm's contacts and conversations are isolated from every other client, and calendar and CRM credentials are encrypted at rest. Your team sees the full conversation before the consultation.
Does it work with our case management software?
Today it syncs contacts and conversations to HubSpot and books into Google Calendar or Cal.com. If you use Clio, MyCase or similar, tell us in the demo and we'll go over the options.
Be the first firm to answer.
In a short demo we set it up with your practice areas and intake questions, so you see the conversation your clients would have.
